In this thought-provoking panel, our speakers with diverse energy technology perspectives will explore how different industries and trade groups can work together to collectively advance a clean energy economy.

An in-depth discussion with leaders in corporate sustainability and workforce development. We'll receive insights to how corporations view energy procurement and greening their supply chain, as well as describing how corporations are taking on leadership roles in the fight against climate change. They will also discuss how young leaders in the corporate sector can start thinking about the behavior of a corporation, both in the building of diverse, inclusive workforces and new standards to which we hold them to past the bottom line.
The Importance of Diversity, Inclusion, and Allyship
Underrepresented groups across the globe are currently the populations to be most at-risk to feel the worst consequences of a changing climate. As we as community fight climate change, it is important we have a workforce that mirrors populations who find themselves vulnerable to the impacts of climate change. This panel will highlight business leaders in the clean energy space from diverse backgrounds and their experiences in clean energy. Additionally, industry leaders will discuss the importance of building a diverse and inclusive clean energy workforce.
